I’m Antonia, an Integrative Health Coach dedicated to helping people live longer, better through sustainable lifestyle changes. I believe wellness is for everyone—whether you're striving for work-life balance, looking to eat and sleep better, managing hormonal shifts, or simply building a healthier, more fulfilling life. I’ve been there, I’ve figured it out, and now I’m here to help you do the same.

My own journey into health and wellness began with transforming my own life. As a longtime corporate executive, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize well-being while juggling career and personal responsibilities. That’s why I’m passionate about guiding others toward lasting, realistic changes that fit their lives—not just quick fixes.

I’m a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, and a lifelong learner with additional training in Ayurveda, Yin Yoga and Chair Yoga. With my experience and training, I’m ready to support you in creating a balanced, thriving lifestyle.
